Book Sculpture Art Show!

Come view the book sculptures that were made out of discarded library books! Old books do have second lives! Ms. Ellinwood's students have been working on these for the last month and brought them down to the library for us to enjoy for the rest of the year.

Come Make Some Poetry!

April is National Poetry Month!  Come to the library and create your own poetry in a new fun way!  You can either make spine poems by combining the spines of books:

or you can pick up an old book, rip out a page, and make a black out poem!

For you old fashioned types, we also have pen and paper if you just want to write a poem.  And don't forget to check out a poetry book!  We have plenty of new ones!!
